I am not the Unitedstates, this is not the Oficcial Forum for any nations
"State Department". I realise you are an individual and you share ~your~
views, pretty basic.
I do not share the views of the United States here, but of myself. How
prejuding to thing that one peson can share the views of around 300,000,000
people, and here, in a minutal news group.
In a war, you get the enemy. IN a fight you hiyt them back. The present
Iraqis are in areas that have allowed the "Bad Guys" to take over.
Frankly, the citizenry has aloowed them to move in. If a person wants to be
free of them, they must be wiling to fight back. sadly, they will live
under tyranny and only support the side that wins. These guys have taken
positions inside Holy Sites, and sadly, cities. If they are not driven out,
the Iraqi and US forces have to go in. It would be far more simple for the
Iraqi people to kill them or drive them out. They choose not to, so the
other options must be used.
I do not agree with all my country dos. However, when people blow up gas
lines that assist the local economy, destroy sewage systems that do their
job, destroy water systems and the people that build them, I cannot look at
them as if they are a freedom fighter. They are denying children water,
people clean clothes and increasing the possibvility of health issues. When
Iraqis do not have things, do not get mad at the people that are building
them. How backward that would be. Get angry and direct that anger towards
the people and systems that destroy what yo have. Schools are open,
hospitals are open, Mosques are open and operating. OH YES!! It was, I
suppose, the terroristsd that cleaned them, made them operational, gave
utilities to the places outside of the major city of Iraq. NO! It was the
military and enforcement of the US and Irqai Gov't.
I know it is way to easy to blame the US as if your life is helpless in a
restaurant, asking for water, food and a napkin. Then you become angry and
upset because you may actually have to do something. The world is not a
restaurant. You must learn to do things on your own and be respionsible for
your own decisions, the results and anything else that comes along.
You do not like it, you are unhappy? Then find a productive way to make
things better. Shouting on the internet does nothing.

Post by DC Packer FanPost by Don StrevelAs I was readig this I was wondering where are the pictures of the mass
graves, the gassed tens of thousands that Sadam did? I know you are out to
give fair treatment to the issue, correct. What these military people did
was wrong, but not as wtrong as the murders Sadam did. Let's at least have
enough balance so you will at least look credable in a small way.
What, Sadam gave people tea and cookies there?
Since when is the United States using Saddam as the measure of its moral
standing? Sadly, given recent actions in the region (e.g. using A-130
gunships, fighter bombers, and main battle tanks) against densely
populated cities), it may have actually come to that. Our forces have
just demolished the old city of Najaf. Remember when protecting the
Shia was one of the reasons we invaded Iraq? I guess we have to kill
them in order to save them.
